African-European mobility
Mobility for the African-European Cultural and Innovation Network
Purpose
The purpose of this synergy is to strengthen long-term cooperation among European organisations operating in the fields of culture, creativity, social inclusion, and technological innovation.
This agreement is based on mutual trust, shared values, and a common vision to foster artistic, social, and educational impact across Europe.
Objectives
The Network aims to:
- Promote cultural cooperation and artistic innovation across Europe;
- Encourage social inclusion through education, creativity, and intercultural dialogue;
- Support transnational mobility and the exchange of knowledge and best practices;
- Develop and implement European-funded projects fostering sustainability and digital transition;
- Build bridges between art, technology, and society through collaborative initiatives;
- Create a long-lasting platform for communication, visibility, and collective growth.

The Network currently includes fourteen organisations from five European countries (Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium and Ukraine) representing diverse sectors such as performing arts, education, cultural heritage, digital innovation, and local governance:

African Lead Partner
CIREP – Centre International de Recherche et d'Études en Performance (DRC) – Arts‑based research, film and audiovisual production, cultural training, and African–European co‑creation hub. CIREP coordinates African partners, artists, filmmakers, and educational institutions.
